When Jeff and his wife realized that their daughter was not progressing at the same rate as their older child, they began to worry. They had no idea that Julia's development would essentially end at the 18 month mark or the challenges they would encounter as they worked to give her the most rewarding life they could.
Jeff has confessed that his presentation, Julia's Quest for Cookies, is both his most rewarding and most difficult to deliver.
